Activations If your System ID is covered by a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), activations are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at no charge by calling 949-261-1875. You can also activate online by visiting our Online Activation page. If your System ID is not covered by a SMA, you can activate online at no charge by visiting our Online Activation page; fees will apply for phone-assisted activations. Web Support - Support Partner Sign-In The Support Partner Web Site is available to all authorized TigerLogic resellers. End User sites with a direct access Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for one of our database products are also eligible. End Users will be authorized to access ONLY calls for their systems that have a valid SMA. Distributors and VARs will ONLY have access to calls for their customer systems that have valid SMAs. Email Support If your System ID is covered by a Software Maintenance Agreement and you are unable to contact us via phone or web options outlined above, you may email support@tigerlogic.com. A template will be forwarded to you to fill out and return to us. Please note that the email template is strictly text only; requests submitted with attachments or HTML code will be automatically rejected by the system.
