Raining Data's licensing policy allows for one permanent replacement activation in an 18-month window. Changes to hardware in excess of this will cause the System ID to become restricted and only a 2-week temporary activation code will be generated. To enable another permanent activation, please submit the form below to request system be un-restricted. Please document system history to the best of your ability for the past 18 months in regards to any hardware changes, system re-loads, and/or re-activations that were necessary. Please note, the more complete the information submitted, the quicker your request can be verified and processed. All requests for un-restriction must be submitted in writing by an affiliate of the licensed site. Verbal requests are not permitted.
