ready for download or shipment today.
Now
compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux!
In this latest Minor Release, D3 Linux 7.4.1 brings compatibility
with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 (WS, ES, or AS), as well as enhancements
to the overall performance and functionality of the product. For further

Note: *Check your OS prior to installing D3 Linux 7.4.1.
This release is only compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 (WS,
ES, or AS) and will not work with Red Hat Linux 9.0 or any prior release.
Raining Data currently has no plans to resell the Enterprise edition.
D3 Linux
The proven
technology of D3 combined with Linux software allows Raining
Data to offer the high performance of D3 Linux at a total
cost of ownership far below competing database solutions. In D3
Linux, Raining Data has layered its D3 DBMS with Linux to
forge a robust, reliable product.
Product Update
D3 Linux 7.4.1 is available at no charge to customers
with D3 7.x software licenses covered by a paid Software
Maintenance Agreement (SMA). These licenses will be automatically enabled
for this current release. This update is available for download from
our ftp site. If

Linux 7.4.0 Update
Through the combination of the M2
and S3 Patches, now currently available for 7.4.0, Raining Data
has enhanced the ODBC licensing for the product. As of April 30, 2004
Red Hat will no longer be providing ongoing support for Red Hat 9.0,
which is required for D3 Linux 7.4.0. As such, Raining Data
will not be developing further updates or fixes for D3 Linux
7.4.0 or prior D3 Linux releases.
