Mr.
Koe joined the Board of Directors in 2003 and was named Chairman
of the Board in November 2004. Mr. Koe serves as Managing General
Partner for Astoria Capital Partners L.P. and Montavilla Partners,
L.P., investment partnerships, and as President of Astoria Capital
Management, an SEC registered investment advisor.
Mr.
Koe serves as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance
Committee and the Compensation Committee. He is also the sole
member of the Stock Committee. |
