SIGNING OF TWO YEAR JOINT MARKETING AGREEMENT
WITH SUN MICROSYSTEMS

Raining
Data Corporation (Nasdaq: RDTA) today announced the signing
of a two-year joint marketing agreement with Sun Microsystems.
The agreement provides for Raining Data and Sun Microsystems
to integrate and jointly sell, market and promote on a worldwide
basis the following products; Raining Data’s TigerLogic XDMS
Enterprise Server, Raining Data’s TigerLogic Edge Server, Raining
Data’s ePharma Application Suite and Sun’s Java System RFID
Software and other components of the Java Enterprise System.
