"During
this past quarter the Company continued to improve its operating
results as evidenced by achieving its third consecutive quarter
of positive EBITDA, with an increase to 6 percent of revenue
and improved overall financial results in each of the last three
quarters," said Carlton H. Baab, President and CEO. In
addition, Baab said, "During the past few months we have
been able to successfully negotiate the settlement of all material
litigation, all of which was initiated prior to the management
changes last fiscal year, and we are now focused on the growth
and development of the business. We continue to ramp up our
product development efforts and look ahead to the coming quarters
with scheduled updates and new releases of our database and
RAD products, such as the release of D3 8.0 on NT,
which is currently in beta. In addition, effective August 1st,
we implemented a price increase for our database products and
support, which we feel is more representative of our products'
value in the marketplace."
