Data Announces Trading Symbol Change to RDTA from RDTAE
and Compliance with All Nasdaq SmallCap Market Listing Requirements
IRVINE,
CA., March 25, 2002- Raining Data Corporation (Nasdaq:
RDTA(E)) today announced that the company received notification
from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Hearings Board that: 1)
effective at the open of business Tuesday, March 26, 2002, the
company's trading symbol will be changed from RDTAE to RDTA and
2) the company has evidenced compliance with all the requirements
for continued listing on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
