Java – Integration
Description/Responsibilities:

We’re seeking an individual to work in bolstering XQuery-based data connectivity in the TigerLogic XDMS engine. Individual will work in modeling new sources and formats of data into the TigerLogic XQuery engine to provide a consolidated view to federated data. Individual must be interested and voracious in learning and consuming new languages and technologies, and enjoy a highly dynamic environment requiring interaction with new technologies daily. Individual will also concentrate on Java, but must understand and devise how to integrate with other technology platforms to provide efficient and sophisticated connectivity through XQuery.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience writing high quality, well-designed and well-documented code in C++
• JNI experience
• 3+ years of XML skill specifically in application integration
• Knowledge of and experience in integrating high volumes of data between disparate application and data platforms
• Undergraduate Degree in CS, EE or equivalent
• 4+ years of Java knowledge and experience

Desirable:

• SQL and XQuery skill are highly desirable
• Web Services familiarity
